Review for BMW/VW Topeka I had a very disappointing experience with BMW/VW Topeka that I feel compelled to share. Over the past two years, I've been dealing with a recurring coolant leak that has yet t experience with BMW/VW Topeka that I feel compelled to share. Over the past two years, I've been dealing with a recurring coolant leak that has yet to be accurately diagnosed. Despite multiple visits, the service team has failed to pinpoint the source of the problem, leading to frustration and a significant waste of time and money. What really irked me was the apparent lack of professionalism in their approach to repairs. It seems they often replace parts without truly understanding the issue at hand, which only exacerbates the problem. Rather than a thorough diagnostic process, it feels like they’re just throwing parts at the car in hopes that something will resolve the issue. This trial-and-error method is not only ineffective but also incredibly costly. To date, I have spent over $8,000 on repairs that have not resolved the initial coolant leak. Overall, my experience with BMW/VW Topeka has been far from stellar. I expected a higher level of service and expertise, especially from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on my experience, and I would advise potential customers to seek out a more reliable repair shop. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your automotive needs. More

Parts service manager lied we take our vw in their every 5k miles, told us we needed new valve cover assembly because it's been leaking for A LONG TIME when I'm all reality he was waiting for the warranty t 5k miles, told us we needed new valve cover assembly because it's been leaking for A LONG TIME when I'm all reality he was waiting for the warranty to run out. He lied to vw of America saying it was the gasket, then lied and Said he never said that. Beware of their dishonesty. Even after VW of America said they'd take the case before they lied. Now I'm calling the federal trade commission and attorney general and BBB. Dieselgate after cheating twice was extended 3 months car only has 85k. Suppsed to be covered, then tell me they can't do it for a month so my injectors will fail. More
