Barry Lyman is who you need to ask for if your buying a car from this dealership.These salesman are under extreme pressure to sell cars at all costs. Barry was still able to be a salesman and relate on a p car from this dealership.These salesman are under extreme pressure to sell cars at all costs. Barry was still able to be a salesman and relate on a personal level. The sales manager didn't even want to go back to his computer to get me a print out of what he was willing to sell the car to me for unless I agreed to the number before he did it. He gets negative 1 star.Im the type of person who wants to see where my money is actually going before I agree to anything. He basically told me it was a waste of his time to get me a print out unless I agreed to the price first because I may still want to negotiate the price afterwards. Being in sales myself sometimes I give multiple quotes to customers just to get the sale. If they ask for a water and I know I don't have one I find them one. If you go here ask for Barry and know what your willing to spend before you get there. Also if your buying a used car know that manufacturers factory warranties because the dealership will not let you know the car is still under s factory warranty and try to sell you an extended warranty. I bought a Genesis that had over 22k miles of factory warranty left and that was never disclosed.A lot of this can happen at any dealership though, so at least get a good sales person like Barry so you have someone willing to work with you through out the process. More

Each individual I encountered from front desk, to cafe to finance they were friendly and accommodating. They all made the car-buying process exciting and enjoyable. This place is probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. We went on memorial weekend due to them ADVERTISING an extra $6,000 more on a trade. I have an f150 lariat and was given a price of $21,000 been to. We went on memorial weekend due to them ADVERTISING an extra $6,000 more on a trade. I have an f150 lariat and was given a price of $21,000 for trade in value when the previous weekend was offered $28,000 at courtesy Toyota. Never did what they were advertising at all. One of the managers Barry, was extremely rude and not a people person. He talked to me and my fiance like we were the dirt he walks on. He kept arguing with us and making us feel like we were stupid. The salesperson who helped us Kay was absolutely amazing! She is the only reason we are giving this a 1 star rating. After finance was talked about, they wanted us to put $25,000 down on a CAMRY! The total of the car with trade it was $59,000!! Who has that kind of money to put down! It is not right to put more money down on a car when my trade in value is less than that! It was absolutely horrible experience and a waste of time. Please don’t go here. They don’t follow their advertising at all and just see you as a business deal not a person. More
