This place is probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. We went on memorial weekend due to them ADVERTISING an extra $6,000 more on a trade. I have an f150 lariat and was given a price of $21,000 been to. We went on memorial weekend due to them ADVERTISING an extra $6,000 more on a trade. I have an f150 lariat and was given a price of $21,000 for trade in value when the previous weekend was offered $28,000 at courtesy Toyota. Never did what they were advertising at all. One of the managers Barry, was extremely rude and not a people person. He talked to me and my fiance like we were the dirt he walks on. He kept arguing with us and making us feel like we were stupid. The salesperson who helped us Kay was absolutely amazing! She is the only reason we are giving this a 1 star rating. After finance was talked about, they wanted us to put $25,000 down on a CAMRY! The total of the car with trade it was $59,000!! Who has that kind of money to put down! It is not right to put more money down on a car when my trade in value is less than that! It was absolutely horrible experience and a waste of time. Please don’t go here. They don’t follow their advertising at all and just see you as a business deal not a person. More

Barry was wonderful. I was just shopping as I had not purchased a vehicle in about twenty years. When he arrived back he said I think you're gonna like this. Much to my surprise he had the vehicle I purchased out front. He zeroed in on what I wanted and produced it! Sun Toyota has always been a blessing every time I’ve purchased a vehicle from them. This time I had the opportunity to work with Barry Lyman. Unexpectedly, my daughter went through the car wash and he purchased a vehicle from them. This time I had the opportunity to work with Barry Lyman. Unexpectedly, my daughter went through the car wash and her entire front bumper came off. When I saw it, I was like OH, NO. We have to do something about this. We met with Barry and explained what happened and what was need. Shortly after, he delivered; and I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to work it out.
