I had to bring my Tahoe in for regular maintenance and while I was there I was told a recall needed to be serviced also and I had called customer service previously twice about the recall and was told the while I was there I was told a recall needed to be serviced also and I had called customer service previously twice about the recall and was told the part was back ordered and both times my name and number was taken and I was told I would be called to set up an appointment to have the recall serviced once the part was in and I never received a call back from anyone about this matter, Marvin Gonzalez went above and beyond to make sure my services were met including the recall and taken care of, considering I live almost two hrs away he got me a loaner car and I was able to return the next morning and pick up my Tahoe, sadly the cost of an automobile and other products just continue to rise and as a consumer from my experience customer service continues to go down and my belief is that retail businesses give some time to focus more on training their employees to bring back the importance of customer service for all consumers and Marvin is a great example of great customer service! More

I have been to several Service Departments to have my vehicles maintained. David Stanley has the best Service Department bar none. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Facility is clean. Do not purchase a car here. They will sell you these amazing "loyalty programs" like Tires or Engines for life. They then will make the hoops you must jump through impossible so They will sell you these amazing "loyalty programs" like Tires or Engines for life. They then will make the hoops you must jump through impossible so that you can't actually use these "loyalty programs, that you pay for. The "loyalty" is an ironic and hypocritical phrase to this Brand dealership. 1. They refused to change the tires to new ones when it was time 2. They then allow the time to expire on the program 3. “Sorry someone else absorbed this contract” they will give you contradictory answers. “As long as you had it serviced here,” and then “oh we don’t honor that here” What a joke. Go somewhere, anywhere else. Shady, dishonest, lies. More

This Service Department is outstanding in every way. Service drive is very clean, plenty of hot coffee. Vna is a very professional service advisor, she took care of everything I needed in a timely manne Service drive is very clean, plenty of hot coffee. Vna is a very professional service advisor, she took care of everything I needed in a timely manner and is straight to the point. Savanna is the young lady that took my appointment and was very polite and efficient. Service Manager, Barry DeHaas is a very professional Service Manager, the best I have seen in the state of Oklahoma. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done, and everything is done correctly on my vehicle. He is very polite, he cares about every customer. I highly recommend this dealership and service department to everyone I know. Five stars all the way. Thank you, Tim Wilkerson. More
