I was promoted to Floor Manager August 2013. I believe that I am the most qualified to help customers because; I have been involved in various wholesale and retail businesses over the past 40 years. Customer service and satisfaction is paramount to me. Having attained my managerial position as a result of my product knowledge and sales experience at Huntington Honda places me in a perfect position to assist both the sales staff and our customers. I always tell customers that they have Barry for life. It's not about today's sale but that I will be there to help at any time in the future.

This is the right kind of experience a customer should have, treated me like family. Very detailed and explaining. I crossed out Mazda after Sebastian went over the Passport. Barry welcomed us as soon as we walked into the dealership. We were very stressed but Barry put us at ease right away. Jael was very patient and worked with me until we reached a price that was acceptable to all. He tried his best to expedite the process but the dealership was slow when it came to discussing finance options. a price that was acceptable to all. The dealership needs to work on helping Julio out as I waited for him for hours as he was so busy helping other customers. Forget about calling him, no one would pick up. I was in the dark about finance options for an entire day. I don’t blame him, but it is an obvious staffing shortage. Barry the manager was great and was very patient with me as we worked out an alternative payment. More
