Will never return. Should have learned from previous visits but went there on my lunch break today simply for wipers for my Tundra. Stood at the parts counter for over Should have learned from previous visits but went there on my lunch break today simply for wipers for my Tundra. Stood at the parts counter for over ten minutes without service, two employees in the back walked by and made eye contact but never came or told another employee someone was at counter. Another exited the department walking by and same result. I own two Toyotas and will drive from Matthews to Huntersville dealership before i go back here. Pathetic. More

I was blown away at how everyone who I dealt with did everything they could to help me get what I wanted or needed. Even the ones who I didn't deals with were very friendly and made me feel right at home everything they could to help me get what I wanted or needed.
