The service techs were great — I could actually see & hear their recommendations in the video, which is not like my previous dealership experience in another state. The team was a little behind when hear their recommendations in the video, which is not like my previous dealership experience in another state. The team was a little behind when I went in, but were great about communication & let me have a loaner to run errands instead of waiting at the dealership. My 1 issue is there needs to be “In” “Out” listed on the lanes when you pull up for service. I’m new to the area and it wasn’t clear on where I should leave my car. It just said “pull up as far as possible” and I saw an open spot— so that got me started on the wrong foot. From the sound of it, I’m not the only one who has made that mistake; so an easy fix to just label. More
