After I realized Campbell's was serious about their service recovery on the incident noted above, I continued to communicate with Jordan about possibly purchasing a new Grand Cherokee L. For 4 SOLID WEEKS, Jordan Branson and Barrett McAlister worked vigorously with me to make things right. I can think of twice that I know of when they were home, off the clock, and still taking my call/texts. It was incredible to work with them, see just how serious they were about regaining my trust, and in the end, create a lifelong customer in me. I purchased a new Ram 1500 Limited on May 3rd. The purchase of the vehicle went great. I was coming from out of state and they made the process seamless. However, there are still a couple outstanding purchase of the vehicle went great. I was coming from out of state and they made the process seamless. However, there are still a couple outstanding issues. 1. The amount that they packaged into the loan for sales tax is $2300 less than the actual sales tax owed on the vehicle. I asked about this in the finance office and was assured that the number they had is what their system generated and "it hasn't been wrong yet". 2. I have yet to receive the items needed (the actual sales tax check written out to my license office) to go to the local license office and pay my sales tax, in order to get my plates. More
