For sales: Yes, I would recommend BUT be careful. For service: Absolutely NOT! For circumstances out of my control, I have been a client of this dealer for about 5 years. I have to say that they For service: Absolutely NOT! For circumstances out of my control, I have been a client of this dealer for about 5 years. I have to say that they were the only dealer that gave me a break to purchase my first vehicle in AZ. After that, I have traded with them other 3 vehicles. When it comes to service, it’s the most painstakingly thing I’ve ever experienced. I have to be constantly asking about my vehicle status when I cannot wait for the vehicle. My most recent experience and biggest disappointment is that I brought my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. Since it’s not a VW, and because they don’t have the specific tools to service my vehicle, it had to be serviced in my vehicle’s make dealership. For this process I had to submit a claim to an extended warranty I purchased for my vehicle. After 3 weeks of Larry Miller VW having my car in their parking lot and working my case with the insurance company and the dealership, finally, my was taken to be fixed. After a couple of days, the car returned to LMVW and a 4 wheel alignment was performed, upon request. After it was done, I was told to go pick up the vehicle. After conversing with the service rep and got my keys and paid for the alignment, I went outside to search for my car. After I found it and opened the door to sit down, I noticed that my windshield was cracked beyond repair. Immediately I returned to my service rep and told him to come outside to see what was happened. When I showed him, he clearly knew it happened either while the dealership personnel who took the vehicle to the other dealership to be worked on or returning from it. He took multiple pictures with his phone and said he was going to deal with it on Monday (this was a Friday), because his glass guys come in on Monday. I gave him a call that next Tuesday and, “funny story” happened. The service rep told me that both the General Manager and the Service Manager quit that same weekend and that there was a new one coming next week. I gave them another week. Have been expecting a call for when the dealership will take responsibility for replacing my cracked windshield and it has been a total of 3 weeks and 4 days up to today September 24th, 2024 and nothing yet. If you value bringing your newly purchased vehicle to the same dealership for service, this is not a place you don’t want to make business with. I am still waiting on the service rep to call me to schedule an appointment with their glass guys to have my windshield replaced. More

I had an insurance claim with GEICO that my car was stolen and recovered by police and we took the vehicle Volkswagen in Avondale my serice advisor was Barbara which has retired 2 months ago I was sup stolen and recovered by police and we took the vehicle Volkswagen in Avondale my serice advisor was Barbara which has retired 2 months ago I was supposed to contact me 2 years ago due to my claim told me that they're ordering parts after 6 months of waiting vehicle was released through insurance and approval through adjuster car was picked up after 50 miles check engine light came on they said they did a 360 point diagnose which nothing was done charge me $3,946 for ignition switch which was back order they need to replace the chair battery and other body work which nothing was made on the vehicle so this dealer is a fraud basically they like to charge people and not do the service to provide for their customers I recommend people never to be your car to this dealer is it affect that their fraudulent and I guess the owner of this business doesn't give a s*** to call back people and give them updates of any information when I return back to the dealer 2 weeks ago and asked what's going on with my claim where's my parts they're telling me that parts were never ordered which I have an invoice with all the parts service labor is all completely charged on my invoice how can they write an invoice and provide for a customer and then after that tell them that they never ordered in the parts which they told me that vehicle was going to be completed as soon as they receive parts to complete the service service was never provided parts basically you were never ordered a customer is waiting for emails calls and everything else never got informed of anything else until I came to them still I have no information I'm still contacting them I'm still calling them leaving the messages calling day by day to their dealer no one's give me a call back someone has to do something about something More

This dealership fails to properly take care of your vehicle. Bought a brand new vehicle and at 20,000 miles they suggested to rotate my tires and never did a balance. This is now causing my tires to we vehicle. Bought a brand new vehicle and at 20,000 miles they suggested to rotate my tires and never did a balance. This is now causing my tires to wear differently and costing us brand new tires at only 20,000 miles. When trying to contact a manager it took days and they don’t care to contact you to fix the problem. Needless to say I wont be taking my vehicle back unless it’s something that’s covered over the warranty. Awful customer service. More
