Amazing customer service I went to Kia last March 3 to check the Kia stinger i made multiple appointment that day with other Kia dealership. But I decided to buy here at Horne I went to Kia last March 3 to check the Kia stinger i made multiple appointment that day with other Kia dealership. But I decided to buy here at Horne Kia. The way ms barbs handled me was very amazing she made me feel that she’s there for me and made sure she answered all my question. She helped with through all the process and made sure I won’t wait there for a long time. In and out with a car process took a little over 2 hours and bam I got a new Kia stinger. I went back to the dealership few weeks for a warranty regarding my splash guard it got loose due to road debris I think and she accompanied me and made sure it’s gonna be covered. Even now sometimes I reach out to her with some questions she still responds and made me feel so important. Thank you so much ms Barbara. I will get another car soon haha More

We did add the basic maintenance package because he was thorough in his explanation while attempting to be contrite. More

We saw it online, chatted the dealership and then called, both cases were told it was on the lot. We spoke with Chris who we stressed, to make sure it was on the lot. He said yep it is here and available. We got in the car and were there within 15 minutes. Upon arriving Barbara comes out and tells us they only had 2 and one was sold the day before and the other earlier in the morning. Perhaps they need some help with software to manage their inventory for their internet sales group. Very misleading and a waste of our time. They we get told we should pre-order from a dealer we want to do business with...uh great idea....won't be Horne Kia for sure. Chris wasted our time, we are buying one of the most expensive cars Kia sells, perhaps these folk, aren't used to this kind of clientele, but I suggest you get it in order. If you aren't in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley, if you are in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley. More
