It is SAD that mom was literally denied service after asking for special accommodations to the problem being the next time would be our third time having this car serviced for the same issue...I told the asking for special accommodations to the problem being the next time would be our third time having this car serviced for the same issue...I told the service manager we can just Lemon Law the car if she is going to refuse to keep the car and run diagnostics...saying you have to show cause is not a good answer, the car has been jumped 3 times since the battery has been replaced. Her only new suggestion was to put a factory battery in the car. I will be...Highly suggesting to my friends and co-workers to never buying from the Daytona Mitsubishi dealership. Something is wrong with my moms car and she has had it up there 3 times and they say nothing is wrong with it but she has paid $286 for a new battery and has had to have her outlander (which she bought brand new from them) jumped off to start 8 time in the last 3 months...they told her to make sure she was shutting the door. I told them I can stand out front and talk to customers and recommend them to not purchase here and they later asked us to leave and never come back once I mention lemon lawing the car. Of course when we stopped at the store after being kicked out...Vickie looked down and saw either Barbara or another employee hit/rubbed the rim of the car on something yellow...either the curb or a pole. Its sad...they did this and now we feel like we have nowhere to turn to but we will be seeking legal advice. More
