No Loyalty from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda – Our car was stolen from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda on November 22 when thieves broke into their key drop box. We found out after the fact that there had been a ra stolen from Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda on November 22 when thieves broke into their key drop box. We found out after the fact that there had been a rash of these thefts in the area and Morrie’s had already been hit once before. They never warned us about the previous theft, even though we told them we’d be dropping our car off the night before, we never would have dropped it off overnight if we’d known. The only car that was stolen was ours because they had the key, the only reason they had the key was because the lock box was not secure enough, but Morrie’s took no responsibility for the theft. Not once did someone from Morrie’s call us or try to make it right, even though we’ve purchased three cars from them and used their service department for all our maintenance. We foolishly believed their loyalty program went both ways, we’ve since learned that it’s only the customer that needs to be loyal, not Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda. More
