Bailey is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. No issues there. My issue was the hood not being closed correctly. As I got up to highway speed, I was startled by the hood trying to l professional. No issues there. My issue was the hood not being closed correctly. As I got up to highway speed, I was startled by the hood trying to lift itself. Fortunately, the latch caught and kept the hood from opening completely. I had to pull over to close it correctly.
