Easy, fair, knowledgable experience & huge inventory! We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler to pull behind our RV. We initially chose Lindsay because they had a vast selection of Wranglers in stock, i We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler to pull behind our RV. We initially chose Lindsay because they had a vast selection of Wranglers in stock, including two that were exactly what we wanted. Their online prices were already quite aggressive. I made an appointment with salesperson Bahram Shakeri to see our choices. Having had bad experiences in the past, my family was trepidatious about dealing with another car dealership. However, Bahram was professional from the moment he introduced himself. He had both Wranglers set aside for us to view, and was very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions thoroughly. After a lengthy test drive, we were sure it was the car we wanted. All that was left was the numbers. Simply put: I knew what I could afford to deposit and what payment I wanted, and Bahram painlessly made it happen. The paperwork/finance part of the process was quick and equally painless thanks to Yev Primbetov. Lindsay even got us a competitive rate on financing (I had done my homework beforehand). In less than 3 hours from arriving, we drove away in our brand new Wrangler. Bahram personally called us more than once to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. As my main interaction with Lindsay, Bahram made the entire process quite easy and enjoyable. Zero complaints and I would highly recommend Bahram and Lindsay to friends and family. More

Mark the sale specialist was extremely helpful and one of the most pleasant salesmen passangers I’ve ever had. Bahram the manager had come out when we returned to thank me for my service and was also very helpful in answering many of my questions. I did not trade my truck in today but will be going over my planned budget one more time to make sure. They offered a trade in value for my truck that I will not see at any other dealership! If the vehicle I came to look at is there tomorrow and numbers are worked in great ways like they were today, this will by my one stop shop! I highly recommend this place and the 2 associates that helped me! More

The Way I Was Treated Was Appalling In my opinion, Bahram Shakeri should be fired. So here's the deal. I purchased a Jeep there on 5/5/18. The price was great and my sales associate In my opinion, Bahram Shakeri should be fired. So here's the deal. I purchased a Jeep there on 5/5/18. The price was great and my sales associate Jennifer Bryce was also great. They took very good care of me. Upon arriving, Jennifer had mentioned that the low pressure gage light had been on earlier that day. She assured me she had her shop guys put in on the lift and check for nails. They didn't find anything, so they summed it up to the changing weather patter making the tire pressure fluctuate. This seemed reasonable to me. I felt comfortable. They put air in the tire and sent me home with the car (3+ hours away). The next morning, I turned the car on and the light was back on. My dad checked the pressure and it was low again. The weather was no different than the day before. So he put more air in it so that I could make it to Charlottesville (where I go to school) and told me that he suspected a leak and that if the light came on again to go get it checked out at the Charlottesville Jeep dealership. Low and behold, the light came on again when I was on my way to Charlottesville, so I took it to the Jeep dealership here. They found a hole in the tire, but couldn't patch it because it was too close to the outer wall. So I needed a new tire... on a CPO car that I had just bought 4 days prior... Although Lindsay looked for nails, they didn't do a soapy water test on the tire. The light was on while the car was on their lot, so the leak was also there on their lot. i.e. They should pay for the new tire because they never should have sold it with that tire on the in the first place. This was when I called and talked to CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER BAHRAM SHAKERI. I explained to him the situation. In the rudest attitude I've ever experienced, he told me that I probably ran over something, that his guys checked it out and didn't find anything, that if I wanted help, then I'd have to come up to the dealership in Manassas. I told him I would not drive 2+ hours from Charlottesville to Manassas on a faulty tire, that it could literally blow or go flat at any moment, potentially endangering me and the other drivers on the road. He responded, "Well you drove from Manassas to Roanoke, and then from Roanoke to Charlottesville, and you were fine... weren't you...?" I laughed at him for this insanely absurd comment. Because, no, I wasn't fine. Within 3 days, I had to put more air in the tire twice. And the only reason I drove it from Manassas to Roanoke, and then from Roanoke to Charlottesville, is because YOUR dealership told me the tire was okay. Well it wasn't. I told Mr. Shakeri that driving that far on a faulty tire was out of the question. And he said that me getting a new tire in Charlottesville and then Lindsay reimbursing me without his shop seeing the damage was out of the question. So I asked what I needed for when I came up there. He told me, a letter signed from the technician explaining the problem and what he did, my receipt, and the faulty tire so that his shop guys could investigate. I asked in clarification that he needed all these things and for me to be in his dealership just to tell me something that this Jeep dealership already knew. He said yes. So then I asked him, so if I do all this, you can guarantee me this will get taken care of when I get there. He told me he couldn't guarantee anything, which made me irate, considering all he was going to make me do. I told him to put a note in my file and said goodbye. After I had calmed down, I called again and got Phil. I explained everything to Phil, again, and he took care of everything just like that. They're sending me a check. Super happy with Phil. But whoever reads these, you need to listen to the conversation I had with Bahram Shakeri, and report it to a general manager, because it honestly needs to be heard, and someone needs to review it with him. This treatment was completely unacceptable, especially when I'm trying to correct a mistake that was made by your dealership. And if you notice, MANY of the 1 star reviews has his name attached to it. Probably not a coincidence. The tire was $165 and some change by the way. Literally NOTHING to this dealership, as well as NOTHING compared to how much I gave them for the car, and NOTHING compared to the problem he was making it. Completely unacceptable. My mom was in the market for a new Jeep, and I'd love to recommend this place because initially I had a very positive experience. But if Bahram Shakeri is still working there at that point, I can promise you we will take our business elsewhere. More

2015 Renegade: Great experience I had been looking for this car for 2 months. Until I found it at Lindsay Jeep, I couldn’t get the right car at the right price. Not only did they sel I had been looking for this car for 2 months. Until I found it at Lindsay Jeep, I couldn’t get the right car at the right price. Not only did they sell the Jeep at the right price they went way beyond the call of duty to get the deal done. Agan, my sales rep, got me in and out in less than an hour and then drove the car to my house over an hour away. It’s rare to find a dealership being willing to work this hard for a deal. Waste of time!!! I recently visited LCDJ of Manassas and had an experience that makes the car buying process such a dreaded experience. Firstly, the sales associate I recently visited LCDJ of Manassas and had an experience that makes the car buying process such a dreaded experience. Firstly, the sales associate I spoke with on the phone shipped me to another associate upon arrival. The new rep wasted over an hour of my time simply trying to value my trade in. My KBB trade value (which I chose the second to lowest condition to err on the side of caution was $4,750. They offered me $2,500. I only looked at their used car inventory and when they came back with their bogus offer, I showed them my pre-approval with them through my lender for over 1% less financing and $2000 less than they quoted me. This was before any negotiations should have began. After going back to the "office" the guy came back with exactly my pre-approval offer and told me there was nothing else he could do. This was after wasting my time, being haphazardly shipped around from rep to rep and ultimately having to hike almost a half mile to pick up my car that was appraised because they were not valuing my time and left me sitting around. I gave Bharam, the sales manager, a chance to make it right and was left with nothing but wasted time. I will never use or recommend this establishment. Games, tactics and no genuine care for my lost time. More

I encountered issues with the purchase and wanted to discuss other possible options. I called Lindsay's service manager twice and was told they would get back with me that day. As of this writing no one has returned my call. The utmost customer service is given when a purchase is being considered. Quality follow up is not given in the same standard. This is why car dealerships get such a bad reputation. More
