I brought my 2018 Infiniti Q50 to your dealership 2 weeks ago. After dropping off my car, your service department informed me that they already replaced the faulty part 2 years ago and it was out of wa weeks ago. After dropping off my car, your service department informed me that they already replaced the faulty part 2 years ago and it was out of warranty. We had to hire a tow company to come to your dealership to tow the car to another location for repair. Once the tow truck arrived at your dealership Robert in Sales gave us the key FOB and pointed our car to the tow truck driver. The tow truck driver proceeded to load the car on the truck (FOB didn't work because it didn't belong to the car). They somehow decided the battery was dead and were able to open the car to get it properly prepared for the tow to the other repair facility. We took the car with the repairs that we were told by your dealership needed to be done trusting this was good and asked the new repair facility to complete these repairs. Because the FOB didn't work and wouldn't start "our" car we had to pay for a new battery and reset the FOB. Once the car started it sounded odd from what our car normally sounded and we looked at the registration and the car they did not match. This was not our car, although they looked identical. We immediately called your organization and they wanted to blame everyone else and would not take accountability. They reported the vehicle we had at our new repair facility as a stolen car meanwhile our vehicle sat in your parking lot the entire time without any communications from any Infinity service reps. This is 100% unacceptable. We still had to pay for repairs that were done on the car we don't own and our car is still not repaired and still in your lot not driveable. We are speaking of deaf ears and this is unfair. You can verify our car is still on your lot with Brandon who is refusing responsibility and repair at this point. Brandon also told us that you don't have cameras on your lot to verify the events that took place. More
