We were searching for a KIA Sportage SX-Prestige in Dawning Red. Spotted this car on KIA of Carson's website. Asked for a quote. Brad Mansour responded within 2 minutes. He stated it was available. Brad worked up the numbers and we came to an agreement to purchase for cash. We had also purchased 5 accessories for the KIA. Everything went smoothly with the finance paperwork. We were contemplating purchasing an excellent 10-year/120K mile policy, but we had not made up our mind yet. Brad indicated that the dimming mirror/HomeLink we ordered would come in the next day or two and the car would then be ready for pickup. When we came to pick up the car, Brad indicated that there was an error in the price, and we were overcharged $667 which was corrected. We then used this credit to purchase a fabulous extended warranty policy. JC Andrade got us through the extended warranty smoothly. Before we left the dealership, Brad spent about one hour with us, setting up all the great safety features that comes with the Sportage SX-Prestige. Between my wife and I, we have purchased at least 15 automobiles over the years. Not once have we ever experienced a car salesman like Brad, with such integrity.
