As a woman who knows what she wants, I don’t like to waste time, and Paul matched that energy perfectly, making the experience seamless. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, Paul was already standing outside, almost as if he had been waiting just for us, haha. I told him what I was looking for, and he quickly pulled it up on his computer and got the process started right away—a true salesman! However, my husband wasn’t completely sold on my choice of car, so we left to check out another one he had in mind. The difference was immediate. We weren’t greeted with the same warmth, and the lack of professionalism was noticeable. Even though my husband wasn’t 100% on board with the car I chose, he was completely sold on the exceptional service and professionalism Paul provided.
