Traded in my 2011 Pathfinder for a 2023 Audi Q7. Worked with BM Shafiul Islam in the sales department who was very helpful and showed us around the lot to see if anything caught our eye/attention. I was truly impressed by the experience and by BM help. He listened to my needs, showed me my option, both new and pre-owned and worked with me to get a deal we both felt was fair.
