My purchase experience was excellent. The dealer found the car that I had wanted for 2+ years. The pricing & trade in were very fair & there was no pressure in the sales process. don't forget Leo, who was also great! I was there to turn in my lease and get into a new one! for being so young, Drayton Felts was extremely impressive! I told him off the bat that pressuring me would get him nowhere and he fully listened. Very nice, trusting young man who will go far in whatever career he chooses. The only complaint is that I haven't waited that long to buy/lease a car in decades..I was told it was due to some end of the month stuff that made the wait much longer, but I was offered a free tank of gas for my troubles.
