Sales and finance were amazing and genuine. I wish I could say the same for the service and management team on my follow up repairs. My car checklist marked off with good wheel alignment. Shortly after could say the same for the service and management team on my follow up repairs. My car checklist marked off with good wheel alignment. Shortly after leaving the service crew I almost got into an accident. They kept telling me it was hydroplaning and I insisted that they check my wheel alignment. After finding out the wheel alignment was off service's still insisted it was hydroplaning even though this was found and it was not raining outside. I was then told they only check tires to determine if a wheel alignment is good as an estimate. It could of been my life that was gone and they did not seem concerned with how they were servicing me or the car I had bought that was not a week old even. Once again the sales men was awesome and considerate and so was financing but I would not recommend their service department. More
