Brian was awesome! We explained what are needs were and he pulled up with the perfect car. Then it went all down hill. The finance department is terrible. Took 3 months to get paperwork we should have gott he pulled up with the perfect car. Then it went all down hill. The finance department is terrible. Took 3 months to get paperwork we should have gotten when we purchased the car, then went in to cancel the extended warranty and gap insurance. Filled out necessary paper work, BJ told me he would send it in the next day and it would be 4 weeks for it to be done. Six weeks later, I called the warranty and the gap companies and they both told me they haven’t received the forms yet. Service after working with the salesperson sucks!! More
