Deliberately left out the additional fees when we asked for a TOTAL price! The final total was far higher than we expected and agreed to and not to mention was NOT DICUSSED with us, when we signed for the car we were under the impression that we were signing for the initial total price of everything, taxes, fees, trade in, they later added unnecessary add ons disguised as “dealership fees” which should’ve been included in the total price we were initially given, complete bait and switch, complete scam, I will be exploring all possible resources and legal remedies.

Reach out to you? Oh do you mean call non stop and get told different things by different people? Done. We have to travel to you and it’s inconvenient which we expressed and now this is being exploited, now suddenly even a conversation needs to be handled in person, as if we haven’t been inconvenienced enough, But okay sure let’s play that game, came in to speak with the appropriate personnel only to be told they weren’t available after I called 3 times to ensure they were. Only response to our “confusion and frustration “ has been on this review. REACH OUT TO ME if you actually care to remedy this situation. God bless you, we’ll get things handled on the backend someway, somehow. PS your managers suck.

Leave me alone you guys are crooks and you know it not to mention liars. I have the VIN numbers of the cars you say you never had and on Carfax it shows them in your possession. AVIOD THEM AND 95 motors (same company) at all costs!!

U make me drive for 2 hour and when I was there a arrogant seller come to me and tell me she works on office and doesn’t know what going on here let’s me see the car u looking for!!! Oh is not here buy this one because u driving 2 hours I call the number who did the appointment she let me on hold for 30 min after one other one responded and said I’m sorry u drive for 2 hours and the car is not there !!! U lying too much on everything
