Wonderful experience! My husband and I found a used 18 Audi Q7 at Lakeland Audi. I inquired about the vehicle, expecting a quick response of it still being available. I not only got a quick response, but Avy actually made me a personalized video of him walking around the vehicle and showing me the inside. Then when I asked about imperfections, I didn’t get a list of those...I got another video showing very minimal imperfections that weren’t a deal breaker. We then spoke to Jared who was extremely helpful on working out the details and numbers. We drove up the next day and everything was pretty much just waiting for us to sign for the Q7! The entire staff was welcoming and very helpful. We were able to meet a woman who was in from corporate in Germany who thanked my husband and I for our patronage to Audi. Her thanks was so genuine and it was pretty awesome that someone from corporate stopped to thank us. The entire process was quick and painless and we were on our way in our new Audi in no time. I would HIGHLY recommend Lakeland Audi to anyone looking for a new or used Audi - and any other vehicle! Phenomenal staff, the dealership is extremely nice and it was definitely the quickest process we have had for buying a vehicle. We will be Audi customers for life.
