Although I’m new to this field, my six years of experience in customer service have taught me the importance of connection and compassion in every interaction. I genuinely love helping people, and my goal is to ensure that every client feels valued and understood. As a Ford Certified professional, I take pride in not just meeting but exceeding expectations, and I believe that creating a family-like atmosphere is key to a great experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, playing music, and going for runs.
