He even met us on his day off because that day was convenient for us and he made sure delivery was perfect. He went over everything in the car and set up all our technology I walked away headache free! Patricio after the sale has checked in several times if we had any follow up questions or needed any help! Bobby was outstanding his years of experience shows! Bobby knew exactly what we were looking for and made great recommendations. Bobby made it easy for me to purchase the right vehicle and this by far was the best buying experience I have encountered. I have been working with Patricio since Aug of 2022 and I finally purchased a vehicle from him on 11/25/23. One year and a few months!! To say that the man has had the patience of a saint would be an understatement. I know I was a tough customer but he was diligent, dedicated, and professional. After a bad experience at another dealer, I switched to Toyota of Stuart and I couldn’t be happier. All the people I’ve dealt with have been incredible and most importantly, honest. You can’t ask for more from a dealership. Even the service center is stellar. I will not schedule a service appointment unless it’s with Autumn. She is knowledgeable about my vehicle and takes the time to create a personal connection as well. A final shout out to Valkyrie who messaged me every so often to keep me informed about inventory and to schedule appointments with Patricio. Another huge asset to the Treasure Coat team! The Treasure Coast Toyota Service Department’s standards are already so high, and still Christian’s performance as a Service Advisor was absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to Treasure Coast Toyota for service on my Tacoma since 2017. The care and clarity I’ve observed from the Service Department was a heavy factor in my decision to purchase the 2023 RAV4 for my wife from Treasure Coast Toyota, and Christian’s performance has only reinforced my opinion. Christian was able to provide expert advice on the next steps I should be taking with regards to the RAV4’s service. He was able to easily answer all my questions, which really helped to put my mind at ease. His attention to detail ensured the service appointment went smoothly. Christian’s professionalism was evident in the way he spoke to me; speaking with authority and clarity. My interaction with Christian really served to elevate the status of Treasure Coast Toyota. I feel that I can trust the advice I’m receiving when people like Christian are working in the Service Department. Overall, my appointment with Christian was unlike any I’ve experienced. I left feeling informed and comfortable, something I rarely feel when dealing with vehicle service.
