My experience with Land Rover Rocklin was amazing. I walked in and someone quickly arrived to help/ guide me through the options. I genuinely was unsure about which car worked best for my family and I I walked in and someone quickly arrived to help/ guide me through the options. I genuinely was unsure about which car worked best for my family and I but, Jackie & other people on the team helped me find my perfect car. I walked in with the expectation of buying a used car but, I was wrong. I walked out with a brand new 0 miles. Thank you to the whole Land Rover team. Happy to be a part of the Land Rover family. Taylor was fantastic to work with. Walked us through all of the features of the car. Got it in a week earlier than promised. Worked through two trade-ins with Austin and, after a little back and forth, got pretty close to where we wanted to be. Worked with Eli to close it out. Got through it very quickly and, although we had no interest in any extended warranties or coverages, he was able to offer some pricing concessions which made them attractive. Al in all a great car buying experience! More

Austin Wellington deserves a review as he acted so professionally. He had to go to his manager to get further help and that’s a whole different story but as far as his part is considered, he is great professionally. I usually don’t buy from dealerships and this trip reminded me why. It’s nothing personal to any of the salespeople or the managers. My issue is neillos policies. I understand and respect the sales p reminded me why. It’s nothing personal to any of the salespeople or the managers. My issue is neillos policies. I understand and respect the sales people for doing their jobs. Austin was very friendly and respectful and, although he was trying to sell us on extra things, he was simply doing his job as trained. We are told up front that you do not allow for negotiations, which I am fine with because the sticker price is fair. However, at the point of sale, you add roughly $5000 in “services” that aren’t included in the asking price or disclosed up until you agree on the price, by being added into the ‘final price’. Since you don’t allow for negotiations, the only direction the asking price goes, is up. It feels and is deceptive. It is unfortunate that customers are told, up front, that there is no negotiations allowed but they don’t tell you that they will be adding $5000 extra to this price by default. I wanted to buy a car, and was endlessly being sold on extra, overpriced stuff that I was not shopping for. After we thought we were done, the lender was also in sales mode and went from being friendly before the attempted sale, to robot mode as soon as he realized he wasn’t able to sell us yet another product. no more dealership purchases for me. On another note, Taylor is great, Friendly and helpful. He helped us get the things physically out of our trade in, saved a few items and brought items that we forgot to me. More
