Quality of service has declined in recent years. When I drive into service area there are always a number of Toyota employees sitting around chatting, ignoring customers. Looks and feels unprofessio When I drive into service area there are always a number of Toyota employees sitting around chatting, ignoring customers. Looks and feels unprofessional, rude and I have been talked-down to even when I know more than the service individual. I always have to check the service 'homework' and almost always find part the work incomplete - e.g. they never replace spare tire covers. I'm not a mechanic and I shouldn't have to supervise the service. I have been a 15 year loyal Toyota customer, but like many of my Toyota friends, we are moving away from Toyota for the same reasons - some have recently bought KIAs, Volkswagen and I'll head to Subaru for my next car. More
