Our initial meeting with Mitchell made it possible to know when a vehicle arrived at the dealership that we might be interested in. Austin was courteous and informative about that particular vehicle. He spent a great deal of time with us so that we were comfortable with that purchase. Bill brought home that sale with a smooth approach that didn't leave our heads spinning. A true professional. Incredibly warm customer service. Austin and Jim in sales helped me get my CR-V. AC was running warm and they didn’t let me leave with anything less than a fully functioning compress Austin and Jim in sales helped me get my CR-V. I had a wondersul experience at My Auto Imports in Muskegon, MI. I worked with Austin Ritzow, and he was awesome! He provided the best customer service! I will tell you honestly, I looked at 2 other dealerships before going to My Auto Imports and not one of those called, texted or emailed me even when I came to them as a pre-approved buyer with my financing in hand. After my first visit to My Auto Imports, I received an email from Austin thanking me for coming in and offering his services to help find me a vehicle. To me, there is a fine line between good customer service and being irritating. He wasn't "overly" attentive (that would actually annoy me), but kept in touch with me throughout my looking and buying process and after with a thank you! All in all, I consider that to be great customer service! I just had my first oil change (free...how wonderful!!) and tire rotation at the service department and it went as i expected...perfectly! Very smooth check in, comfortable waiting room with beverages offered, exactly how long I was told it would take and I was back out the door. I would recommend My Auto Imports to anyone wishing to have a great vehicle buying experience! More
