I started my career in 2018 as a Detailer at the My Auto Group. I continued my career taking photos, and merchandising vehicles for our online sites. Eventually managing the Inventory team to properly clean, organize, and merchandise an everchanging 500+ vehicle inventory. I've learned a lot from that experience and want to use that knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle at a dealership that will take care of them not only during the buying process, but when questions arise, maintenance is required, and when they're ready for their next vehicle. The landscape for the new car market has changed dramatically since COVID. With demand being high and supply low, My Auto Imports made it possible for us to find the car we wanted at a price we felt dramatically since COVID. With demand being high and supply low, My Auto Imports made it possible for us to find the car we wanted at a price we felt comfortable with. Sales staff was key in making this purchase possible. Our initial meeting with Mitchell made it possible to know when a vehicle arrived at the dealership that we might be interested in. Austin was courteous and informative about that particular vehicle. He spent a great deal of time with us so that we were comfortable with that purchase. Bill brought home that sale with a smooth approach that didn't leave our heads spinning. A true professional. When I virtually met Austin Ritzow he found a unique, friendly way to introduce himself and stayed in touch with me while I waited for my car to arrive, and he was extremely helpful to me the day I was able to pick up my car. Steve and Gregory from finance were also considerate and prepared and made the purchasing virtually stress free. Incredibly warm customer service. Austin and Jim in sales helped me get my CR-V.
