Greetings, Austin! Hope messing with the oil plug during my oil change was worth it. Management informs me there are cameras but do not record actual work by the mechanics (why even have cameras, then?) Bet you thought the expensive repair was in the bag, but I am not fool enough to believe in this "coincidence". Enjoy the $68 for the oil change because that is all this scam shop is getting out of me. I intend to inform as many mechanics in my area that I can what a fraud you are. More

The salesman I worked with at Wilde East Towne Honda Jeff Fox was excellent, and helped me learn more about the new Honda CR-V I was interested in, and the Sport Hybrid model, and the features of the car. He Fox was excellent, and helped me learn more about the new Honda CR-V I was interested in, and the Sport Hybrid model, and the features of the car. He kept me up to date on when the new cars would be coming in, and he gave me a very good amount for trade in of my car. He went over all of the purchase, and trade in information when I bought the car. When I picked it up he spent a lot of time showing me the car's features and operation, and helped me get things set up like using Bluetooth, and GPS. He also helped me purchase accessories for the car. I would highly recommend Wilde East Towne Honda and the salesman who helped me buy a new car Jeff Fox, and also the Service Department and the service technician I have been working with the most Austin Rankin. More

Arrived at the dealership for service, the service area was packed with vehicles. All the advisors were helping other customers while 5 of us waited by our cars for 10 plus minutes. As I was in the middle row I could see Ryan in his office talking and laughing with another employee. As a manger he appears to be selfish and clearly does not lead by setting the example. Great job to the service advisors who were overwhelmed and working hard. A disgusting disgrace of a manger to sit there while we all waited. More

I worked with Austin Rankin at Wilde East Towne Honda when my 2016 Odyssey was having some repairs done under warranty. Austin was simply outstanding in his level of support. He consistently updated me on the status of the repair, immediately arranged a loaner car for me, and went to bat for me with Honda Care to argue that the required repairs should be covered under warranty (which they ultimately were). I've never left a review following a service before but felt I absolutely had to to recognize the simply stellar customer service provided by Austin. He is a rockstar and a credit to Wilde East Towne Honda. I'd also like to give a shout out to Val who helped me with moving my car seats and also arranged an extension of my loaner car after 6pm when an additional service was required for my Odyssey. I'm sure that when we inevitably replace our Odyssey with a newer model we'll shop at this dealer. More

I had been looking for sometime for the perfect SUV. I drove through the parking lot of Wilde Honda on a Tuesday to see what they had for used vehicles. I was approached by a woman named Ashley. It was pretty basic vehicle when I came back, Ashley informed me that they had a vehicle that was not on the lot as of yet. She went inside to see get information on it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I test drove it and really liked it but felt I wanted somebody else to give me feedback on the vehicle. She gave me the keys told me to take it for a couple hours and get another opinion. She was the most pleasant person I had dealt with when looking for my SUV. She was knowledgeable, upfront, and honest, and a pleasure to deal with. Very professional. Highly recommend her. More
