I found a car on marketplace in Salem at Skyline Ford, but I lived in Central Oregon so it was difficult trying to find a time to look at it. Austin went above and beyond in helping get into a great vehicle. He communicated with in and outside of work hours. He picked my Daughter and I up from Portland Airport as I was flying in from Spokane Wash vehicle. He communicated with in and outside of work hours. He also checked in with me the evening after the sale to ensure we had a safe 7 hour trip home in our new to us Used Tundra.
