This time around, it was a whole different ballgame, like night and day. Different management, all different staff and general demeanor across the board. Definitely not Lexus customer oriented, or savvy. The sales staff was also un-together, incompetent, repeatedly sending texts and emails having little to do with my original request. 2 Sales people and a Sales manager later, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from another dealership altogether, one that was more direct, more honest, more business oriented. The type of mannered Lexus dealership I have repeatedly dealt with over the past 25 years. Avoid that place. More

I went there to look and see if they could give me a good deal on a new car. They were able to get my numbers where I wanted them. I purchased a 2024 RX350 Premium and I love it. Austin was very knowledgeable and was great working with him on my purchase. Chuck was also awesome and professional when signing all the paperwork. Jenny set my car up with my phone and reviewed everything with me. Need to go back to get a 2nd lesson because it is overwhelming on everything that this car offers. It's amazing. This will be my 6 Lexus and as long as I continue to afford a Lexus I will not buy anything else. Never had any issues with any of them. Oh forgot Jaden, Jenny was not in and I spoke to a Jaden and he was able to help me over the phone to get my apps back on the screen.
