Austin needs to learn more about the vehicles he sells: he told us the RX350 we bought did NOT have a garage door opener even though it was listed as having that feature on the dealership’s website. We ha he told us the RX350 we bought did NOT have a garage door opener even though it was listed as having that feature on the dealership’s website. We had a 30 minute discussion about this and Austin was adamant that this car did NOT have the garage door opener, he could NOT install one on the car, and he refused to adjust the price for this feature NOT being one the car. However, Jaden the Technology Expert told us it DID have the garage door opener and he showed us where it is located on the car; Jaden was correct and we programmed the car to open our garage door. Jordan (the deal closer) didn’t ask us for any money to pay for the car —- we had to TELL him that we had not paid for the car. We could have walked right out the door and not paid a dime — but after we told Austin and Jordan we had NOT paid for the car, they produced the final accounting sheet and we wrote the check for the car. Amazing. Jaden was very patient, and he was an excellent teacher. GIVE HIM A RAISE.!! More

Austen told us the car did NOT have a universal garage door opener - even though the specs for this car on the dealership website clearly stated the car DID have it. We asked for one to be installed door opener - even though the specs for this car on the dealership website clearly stated the car DID have it. We asked for one to be installed or to have the price adjusted for the car NOT having it; Austen refused both requests. We bought the car anyway and when we got home we discovered the car DID indeed have a garage door opener and we have used it many times since then.
