Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the car buying process easy. However, i have had my car for a little over a month now and my engine light is now on and my key fob has low battery. These guys are scam artists. I called and was promised that if I paid asking price that there would be no "add on" fees but when I arrived the "vehicle prep" fee was on the p I called and was promised that if I paid asking price that there would be no "add on" fees but when I arrived the "vehicle prep" fee was on the paperwork and I was told it could not be removed. While looking over the vehicle I realized that the radio antenna was missing. I brought this to Austin's attention and he promised they would get one in the mail but that never happened. When I called back and asked about it his response was he was waiting for another Ford Bronco Raptor to get traded in so he could take that antenna and send it to me...what?? I paid for a 3rd party to handle license and registration and was told my plates would be in the mail without lifting a finger. The plates never showed. The title was delivered but didn't require a signature and ended up in my front lawn covered in snow. When I began to inquire with Austin about the plates I was ignored. I was persistent and he finally passed me over to Toby in finance. Toby said that the DMV would refund me the money and I would have to go in and get my plates myself...the DMV disagreed. The money that I paid was never sent to the DMV. I finally got the finance managers name Ryan Durso from Austin and left 4 polite and professional voicemails over 6 days. He never returned my calls. I was trying to decide weather it was worth it to take them to court or just admit I got screwed and move on when a check magically showed up in the mail. No explanation, no justification for the amount. I cashed the check and went back to the DMV a second time and waited my turn and finally got plates over 60 days after I made my purchase. I would never consider making another purchase here. More

Worked with the shipping company to coordinate pickup of my vehicle and went above and beyond to get a chip in the windshield repaired that he hadn't noticed in the video. Excellent experience and would be happy to purchase from Austin again! More

I had previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership three years ago. Experience was reasonably good then, with an attentive staff and experienced sales department. This time around, it was a whole diff three years ago. Experience was reasonably good then, with an attentive staff and experienced sales department. This time around, it was a whole different ballgame, like night and day. Different management, all different staff and general demeanor across the board. Definitely not Lexus customer oriented, or savvy. The sales staff was also un-together, incompetent, repeatedly sending texts and emails having little to do with my original request. 2 Sales people and a Sales manager later, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from another dealership altogether, one that was more direct, more honest, more business oriented. The type of mannered Lexus dealership I have repeatedly dealt with over the past 25 years. Avoid that place. More

I did not care for the fact I gave Austin all the information to buy my lease out before coming into the dealership and it still took over three hours!!!
