Extremely deceptive. We had an offer in hand from Morgan Buys cars and the manager here had no clue who Morgan buys cars was?!? We pointed out the signs all over the dealership as well as their shirts. The manager and sales person gave us an offer half of what Morgan offered. They said unless we wanted to trade in our truck. Which is why we were there. When we told the manager the car we were interested in all of a sudden the trade offer dropped AGAIN!!! Then the car we wanted to see was all of a sudden it was in the shop being worked on?!? Interesting how the manager knew the exact dollar amount of 3k yet had zero clue what was being done on the car we were interested in purchasing. And now the purchase difference doubled. Not sure what kind of retail math is being done at Kia of port Charlotte however BUYER BEWARE. There is not one honest person working there. They are extremely unprofessional and want to boast about selling 600 cars a month yet I saw nobody in there buying anything!!! DECEPTIVE !!!! ZERO INTEGRITY!!!! More

I was disappointed because they lured me in with a great Internet quote. When they did not come close to their offer in person, they said my trade in was over 10 years old so I didn't qualify. The sales manager refused to give me his starting price. When he gave me an out the door price, the finance manager didn't honor it. I complained and so they gave me a lower out the door price. But the finance manager was slick, talking fast and moving fast going through the loan document. He had tacked on a document stamp tax that raised the out the door price. I hadn't noticed he did that. I later called our salesman who said that finance manager no longer worked there. I asked to speak to someone else. They dragged their feet returning my call. When I finally did speak with someone he told me I signed the loan document. He made it sound like there had been no deception and that they always add this fee to their quoted out the door price. I believe I have been scammed. The starting price turned out to be over 2 thousand dollars higher than sticker price for last year's model. I had asked for the promotional 0 per cent loan but was told I had to go with the 7 % loan to get their special price. So everything about this dealership screams slick, fast talking, scam artists.
