Our experience at Walker was the best we ever had purchasing our new F150 XLT 4by4 Keith Cox and Shawna Hargett were two of the best sales people we ever dealt with. This was my first new car and purchasing our new F150 XLT 4by4 Keith Cox and Shawna Hargett were two of the best sales people we ever dealt with. This was my first new car and new truck. So you could imagine how you might feel when doing one of the most stressful things in life. Our entire experience was awesome from negotiating our trade in to working with the finance manager. And we even met the Accessories Manager who set us up with a few items nicer than our truck already was. Most importantly. The best sales, management and service team. I was very stressed from Hurricane Helene when I lost my Red Mustang. My condo was also flooded and was making preparations to pack to move out for I was very stressed from Hurricane Helene when I lost my Red Mustang. My condo was also flooded and was making preparations to pack to move out for mitigation and renovations. Traci and Stacy really worked their butts off to help me get a new car. This included coordination with car insurance and disaster relief discount. I have worked with Tracy for over 20 years and always assists and sets me up with the right team. Shawna was the best at presented the vehicles that I was interested in. I had said I would never own a Ford, but Shawna showed me all the reasons I should. So on what would have been my Fathers 87th birthda interested in. I had said I would never own a Ford, but Shawna showed me all the reasons I should.
