The dealership is beautiful with a wide inventory, and the staff was very polite and professional. I had worked the Cash deal on the internet prior to going to the dealership, and told Jarrod I was not interested in financing. As we were looking at the 2026 Trax 2RS he brought up that he had talked to the manager the one time lease option, which for an older adult this appeared to be a great option. We sat down at his desk and had my Buick Encore evaluated for trade and it came back a little less than what I had figured online, but it turned out he had used a different source than what they used online. The real difference came in the cost of the new car. Long story short, they had taken the MSRP, subtracted the Regal Discount and then added in a dealer option known as Regal Care. I told Jarred I did not want this in the deal. He said they would leave it out. When it came time to sign the lease deal this was still in there.
