I purchased a Jeep Gladiator from out-of-state with Team One and Cody Heyen. Doing this requires a lot of trust and I knew after my first phone call with Cody he was exactly the kind of salesman I wanted to One and Cody Heyen. Doing this requires a lot of trust and I knew after my first phone call with Cody he was exactly the kind of salesman I wanted to work with. He was very open and honest about the entire process. There was no pressure at all and he recognized that I knew exactly what I wanted, wasting no time to make it happen. When I requested video and photos of the vehicle, he quickly responded. Cody will work hard to close the deal and even arranged a very fair delivery arrangement that saved me an 8 hour drive. After delivery, there have been multiple follow-ups from Cody to assure my satisfaction despite the long distance. This didn’t happen following purchase of a BMW for my wife from a much closer dealer. Minor questions have been addressed promptly in text with Cody. Prior to my purchase, I called a total of 9 dealers to find the perfect Jeep for me. Cody (Sales), Austin (Finance) and others at Team One were the only group that could compete in price earning my business. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn yours.
