My husband and I were in the market for another 4 Runner after having one a few years ago. We wanted to do a trade in and saw a nice 2025 4 Runner Limited by the road, so went inside and found Austin who im after having one a few years ago. We wanted to do a trade in and saw a nice 2025 4 Runner Limited by the road, so went inside and found Austin who immediately got us the keys for a test drive. We loved the car and got a great deal. Austin was so sweet and helpful, having a family of loyal Toyota owners, he knew his stuff. Very easy to talk to and dedicated to getting us what we want. It happened to be Veterans Day, and both my husband and I are vets, but so are Austin’s parents. We were his first sale, other than a family friend, so we were honored to work with him. Just a great representative all around. He made the long process not-so-bad because of his demeanor and people skills. Thanks for a great experience, Austin!
