Having the technician come to my location at work for an oil change was super convenient and without highly inflated prices. I would recommend that option to anyone with a busy life! The service department is great. Always helps and tries to solve my problems. However the sales department not so great. I can not all of a sudden start my car with my I-Phone. T Always helps and tries to solve my problems. However the sales department not so great. I can not all of a sudden start my car with my I-Phone. The fellow in the service department said that he thought this salesman could so we went to see him. Well he didn't have much patience because when he asked me for my passsword I said try this. "Oh well I will get a new one" he said. Not so good for an older lady who may have trouble to remember the new one. Well he tried to change the password and said that it was sent to my e-mail, but he would not check my e-mail or let me check it. Instead he just started going through something anf kept saying you have to many folders here. Not understanding what he was talking about I asked if he could get rid of them if that would help I thought. His reply was not my job. and he just kept flipping through my phone. The phone rang he just turned away and began talking. No excuse me nothing. If he didn't feel this was part of his job he needed to tell the service man right away. There were no other customers in the dealership. Won't buy a car from him! More
