I bought a 2022 Chevy 3500 dually a few weeks ago. I drove 7.5 hours to buy the truck due to a great advertised price, and the clean carfax. I was assured it was clean and not damaged. The bumper was pushed into the rear fender and the fender was buckled, the chrome bumper de red. The paint scratched and the left front plastic corner panel had been repainted. Please dont advertise as super clean with no damage if it has damage. It was misrepresented. The salesman knew how far we were traveling as did the sales manager. I video walk around was also sent to me assuring it was clean in great shape. I bought it anyway bc I needed the truck, but had I known about the damage I wouldn’t have even driven 7.5 hours to look at it. I traded in a very clean 2023 Tundra and took pics of the find and scratches, and asked for the same in return. The finance manager was nice. This truck may have had a clean carfax but only bc a crash report was not filed as it should have been, and there’s no doubt in my mind your people knew about this damage, you can’t miss it. Very disappointed in how the vehicle was represented. More
