Mr Berger, Thank you for your reply. The best way to explain my disappointment with how the truck was represented and how it actually looked is probably best done by sending you pictures of what was so disappointing. I trusted the salesman and his manager when they said the truck was in “great shape” and there was nothing wrong with it. It had clearly been wrecked or damaged somehow, and yet still represented as having a clean carfax and being autostar certified (not sure what that entails). Typically my husband would have been the one to test a vehicle, but he suffered a catastrophic spinal cord injury last year and is permanently paralyzed from the shoulders down. This was my first time doing this on my own but I felt that I had done my due diligence by asking about any damage or problems with the vehicle and having a video walk around sent to me before I left. I sent pictures of my 2023 Toyota Tundra that I traded in including a tiny ding in the door and scape on the bumper, so I was hoping for the same consideration on the Chevy I was looking at. Even as a amateur consumer the damage on this truck was easily identified by me.the salesman said to me that I must have good eyes because he didn’t even see it. Attached are the pictures. I have yet to get an estimate from our local repair shop to see give me an accurate perspective on the actual damage. I will send pictures of the truck to your email. It will not let me add the pictures here. You will see, dented left rear fender, dented rear chrome bumper, bumper pushed into fender causing paint damage, left front plastic corner repainted, and right scuff mark down the rear door and fender that appears to have been buffed and re-clear coated (there are clear paint runs going down the truck)
