My New Car Buying Experience Eddie Guadalupe was an amazing salesman! He made the experience like a day out with friends in a way. He did not push me and my fiancé to buy anything. He gave us options and let us decide. He also did absolutely everything he could to get us in a new car. He never doubted one bit that we would be able to get the car, and he was always 100% positive. Mr. Turner was also a very nice guy whom made the financial experience very easy. Jim is a very nice guy who cares about his customers and them being happy with the car they are buying along with the experience. Augustine was the service guy whom helped me get my other car serviced while I was buying my new car. He was very nice and came to me every time something was being done or how much time was left. He was extremely busy the day I came in to get the car serviced but took time to talk to me and explain the problems with my car and what needed to be fixed. He made the experience great and told me if I ever needed anything to let him know. All of the employees in this review were very professional and are now my friends. I highly recommend anyone who needs a new or used car to come in to Brandon Honda! It will be an experience you will never forget! More

Dan Ryan, the Relationship Manager, was our second contact when we got to Brandon Honda. He was excellent to deal with. If we had questions he answered them. He started off asking what we had in mind for our vehicle and offered suggestions but never pushy. We didn't buy a car that day and were upfront that when we were ready we'd let them know. Dan called us after we left the dealership to make sure he'd answered all our questions and to let us know we could call if we had questions later. He even gave us his personal cell number. We did go back a few days later and decided yes we were going to purchase our new vehicle from Brandon Honda. We got great personal care and attention all the way from Dan to Augustine Cardona, Asst Service Manager thru Jeremiah Soltis the Financial Services Manager. EVERYONE treated us as though we were part of the Brandon Honda family and that spoke volumes to us!
