When we decided to purchase, the process was relatively very quick and painless. And even though we drove off with a Honda, I left with more Audi swag than we received after buying an Audi at another dealership. I mean, I absolutely despise it. I knew I wanted a specific preowned car at Audi SS and did all my research beforehand. When I arrived, Atanas helped me with the purchase and he was great. He didn't do a hard sell, didn't try to push me to other cars and did a good job of convincing me to buy from their dealership while NOT trashing a rival dealership that had a similar vehicle. That's professionalism, and it's appreciated. Audi SS gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and they were very fair with my counter offer on the new one. It was pain-free transaction. I probably could have gotten the exact amount I wanted but things were handled so well that I didn't even push to counter again, nor did I feel like I'd somehow lost as a result. I owe a lot of this to Atanas' easygoing and transparent manner. I felt like I got a good deal, Sam in fiance was straightforward with terms, and I was in and outta there within 3 hours. It was a pain-free a transaction as I'd ever had and Audi SS has likely gained a lifetime customer as a result. Thanks to Atanas and the whole team at Audi SS. More
