Two day experience that should have been one I made a appointment on Thursday at 9. I had the car there at 8:45. They gave me ride home. I went back at 4pm. Ashly then told me my car had not be I made a appointment on Thursday at 9. I had the car there at 8:45. They gave me ride home. I went back at 4pm. Ashly then told me my car had not been fixed and had not started on it. The mechanism decided that I had to wait a day to get it done.. I am not sure why they had me make an appointment . I was going to trade my car in there but not now..They have lost my business. More

Vehicle is still at service department After picking up my vehicle from the service department I drove around for a couple of hours and then my car started shaking, then started running rou After picking up my vehicle from the service department I drove around for a couple of hours and then my car started shaking, then started running rough and smoke poured from exhaust. Luckily it was before closing so I went back to service department and was able to leave it there. I called Monday and was told nothing was in computer yet and the tech was still looking. Monday afternoon finally found out problem and order part. Was told by Ashley it would be done no later than Wednesday. It is now Wednesday at 630 and I still do not have my vehicle. And everytime I have to leave my vehicle I always get told there is no courtesy vehicle available. So I am not very happy right now. More
