I used the CarBargains service and was told to contact only Kevin Engle. When I made my initial two calls, he was unavailable and I was directed to other personnel or received a call back form another emp only Kevin Engle. However, it all worked out well, especially in conversations with Cary Hoffman. He was extremely helpful regarding descriptions and utility of certain options that I was considering. I had given another employee information re: trade-in value of my current car, but have not yet heard back on it. More

This dealership was great! I was able to get my 2020 Forester Premium for a good deal, as well as get a fair trade-in price for my car. They were able to get a vehicle from a different Subaru dealer sent to Catonsville within the hour. William Hoyt was great, he took his time to show me all the options I wanted to see, not pressuring me at all to act quickly or to go a certain way. I hope for this new car to last a while but when I need a new car, I definitely will be going back here, and I am going to recommend all of my friends and family to go here if there are looking for a new Subaru!
