Great experience with buying my first Subaru! The particular vehicle I wanted was not on the dealership’s lot inventory, but sales manager Paris Tato made calls to several other dealerships and finally located the vehicle I was after. I love the service dept at heritage Subaru but not so much Steve and Ashley.. I have been trying to get the refund for the Gap insurance on my 2021 Subaru Ascent Since March 2024. As of today, still hav much Steve and Ashley.. I have been trying to get the refund for the Gap insurance on my 2021 Subaru Ascent Since March 2024. As of today, still have not seen it. Phone calls and emails are not returned. Even went to corporate, still nothing. Not sure where to go next. Any ideas? More

We didn't think we were buying a car that day, just shopping to see what was available. May greeted us in the showroom and answered many, many questions and then we went on a test drive. The sales manager stopped by to apologize for the amount of time it was taking to get the vehicle down to us (it wasn't too long) and asked if we needed anything (we didn't, but kind of him to check). He was very supportive of his staff and attentive to his customers. We really liked the car and May was very straightforward with the pricing, including checking on optional items we were interested in. She did not apply any pressure whatsoever which was much appreciated. She arranged for Ashley to come by to answer our financing questions and also discuss items such as service plan options. Ashley was top notch as well, and we appreciated her patience as well as May's with all of our inquiries - and when we went back and forth with our choices. This was a very positive car buying experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend this dealership (and especially May, Ashley, and Steve) to any of our friends and neighbors who are interested in purchasing a vehicle. Well done! By the way, the dealership got four stars instead of five only because the lot was so crowded. Better for them and their customers for business to be good than otherwise though. More
