We were nervous about switching from the generation 1 CX-5s to generation 2. Still, Kenny took all the time in the world to walk us through all the mechanical, design, and safety updates in the vehicle to comfort us on the quality we would experience. The management team of Ahmed and Jorge are brilliant; they maintain a great group of employees and provide a competitive yet fair rate on all their vehicles. Mazda vehicles last forever (we are at 216k+ miles on our 2014 CX-5), and they keep improving yearly by introducing new models and special editions. I have bought several new vehicles over the years from Kenny who has always been a fantastic salesman, not too pushy & always work DeMontrond Mazda. I have bought several new vehicles over the years from Kenny who has always been a fantastic salesman, not too pushy & always worked hard to get me everything I wanted. This past Saturday, I was on my way to show houses when I noticed the wrench had came on in my car letting me know it was time to get the oil changed. I pulled in without an appointment, but they made time for my car. I told them I was in a huge hurry so they even push a rush on it so that I was in and out so quickly. I even got a video of what was being done to my car. They have always take care of me & all my family members that have also bought from Kenny. We all really appreciate the great service & the kindness they always deliver even when your in a huge rush they cater to your every need!!! Love this dealership & everyone that works there! BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! More
