Poor Communication (didn't follow through with calling when said they would, couldn't reach them after multiple days and times of trying, finally had to drive up there to find out about car) Cost was almo when said they would, couldn't reach them after multiple days and times of trying, finally had to drive up there to find out about car) Cost was almost twice the quote given Took forever to get car back (became a saying within the family when driving past Walt Massey that my car was in prison) I had a business trip to Houston 1.5 weeks after dropping off and you all couldn't get it ready in time. Offered us a car to borrow but then you didn't follow through with that either Will use Hattiesburg dealership next time More
