I had made an appointment to have routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush) completed on my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 in the morning. I hadn’t heard back fro (oil change, tire rotation and transmission flush) completed on my vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 in the morning. I hadn’t heard back from my service advisor by 3:30 pm and called for an update on the status of the vehicle. The service advisor was not available and I was told that I would get a call back. 45 minutes had passed and still no call from the service advisor. I called back a second time and was informed that there were no service advisors to speak provide an update. At 5:05 pm, I showed up in person to retrieve my vehicle. They hadn’t completed any of the maintenance on the vehicle and were unapologetic. The service advisor stated that they had up to 6 pm to complete the maintenance and then said that it wasn’t enough time to complete the transmission flush! I am a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer. I cannot recommend Southern Hyundai. More

I have nothing but good things to say about Southern Hyundai! They have treated me so well from the time I bought my car in May 2024 and with my check engine light being on, and them giving me a loaner Hyundai! Ashley tried her best but got no support from the service manager or experienced tech. It took over 2 hours to complete my simple oil change, a 10:30 am appointment. During this time I got updates only when manager or experienced tech. It took over 2 hours to complete my simple oil change, a 10:30 am appointment. During this time I got updates only when I went to find out. In the middle of a full waiting area of people the service manager and other tech left for lunch, leaving Ashley to deal with everyone. More
