AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! ! I negotiated the purchase of a 2022 Alpina B7 from out of state and specifically asked about curb rash and/or other imperfections with the wheels. I ! I negotiated the purchase of a 2022 Alpina B7 from out of state and specifically asked about curb rash and/or other imperfections with the wheels. I was told by my sales agent Ashley Dewaelsche that there was no curb rash or other damage to any of the wheels. I flew into Chicago and drove 3 hours one way to complete the purchase to discover that there was not only significant curb rash on both front wheels, but they were also BENT in several areas. Jaylan, the sales manager, first defended Ashley and said “he wouldn’t have noticed that” but later also acknowledged that they had attempted to repair it for the previous owner. Needless to say, I did not purchase the vehicle. VERY DECEITFUL DEALERSHIP - we as consumers should not patronize dishonest and unethical businesses like this!! I would rather pay a premium for honesty and integrity. More

The internet person was quick to reply, Ashley responded perfectly to all my needs, finance got me want I requested, and GM was great. Ashley made an awesome video review of the car that went through the whole thing meticulously and made me feel a whole lot more comfortable buying a car from 3 hours away. There were no surprises at all when I went to the dealership. We negotiated a great price beforehand, and they gave me what I expected for my trade-in. Zach did a great job with the finance and documentation (extremely thorough), and Micheal (BMW Genius) took his time going through all the technology in the car. I dealt with four or five other dealerships in the process of buying the exact car I wanted for a good price, Ashley was the only one who could make it happen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW. More
