With years of experience across multiple roles in the parts department, Ashley Brown brings both expertise and structure to her position as Parts Manager at Desert European Motorcars. Starting her career at the dealership counter, she quickly advanced into leadership roles through her analytical approach and passion for operational efficiency. Ashley is known for keeping inventory accurate, warehouses organized, and processes running smoothly, always guided by the motto, “Do it right. Even when no one is watching.” Outside of work, she enjoys paddleboarding and relaxing at home with her husband, dog, and cats.
