Why have an appointment if they don't honor the appointment. Arrived 10 min early for oil change. They didn't take my car in until 15 min after my scheduled appointment and they didn't finish my ca appointment. Arrived 10 min early for oil change. I was pleased with the service I received. But one thing grossed me out. A sales person actually opened the door to the entrance of the salesroom and spit.
